health
Personal, working reference for what I take, what I use, what I'm considering, and the science behind any of it. Synthesised from supplement labels, clinic price sheets, and two long-form 2026 optimisation reports (longevity + aesthetic).
Not a blog. Not medical advice. Source of truth for me — interventions get added here once they've made it past the "do I actually do this" filter.
Sections
- Supplements — what I take daily, the doc's target stack, gaps and dose/timing notes.
- Skincare — products by category, actives reference, layering & rotation protocol.
- Interventions — clinical aesthetic procedures (past and reference) plus at-home devices.
- Clinical compounds — off-label gerotherapeutic pharmaceuticals and injectable peptides.
- Diagnostics & wearables — epigenetic clocks, CGMs, sleep/HRV trackers, personalised nutrition.
- Cognition & neuromodulation — methylene blue, tDCS, EEG neurofeedback, acoustic and VR protocols.
- Hair — growth actives, current serum, grooming.
- Body & modalities — hypertrophy, debloating, red light / cryo / HBOT, body care.
How to use
Each page that combines "what I do" with reference recommendations is structured the same way:
- Current — actually in the regimen now.
- Reference — what the literature / 2026 doc suggests.
- Gaps & notes — where the two diverge, dose/timing concerns, things on the consideration list.
Tables are the dominant format. Prices are stripped — they go stale fast and the procurement decisions live elsewhere.
